As the COO for Hidden Valley Homes, George brings over 23 years of experience in homebuilding and real estate development. George has spent many years working for large national and regional homebuilders as well as smaller custom design homebuilding companies. George helps lead our fantastic team in delivering an exceptional custom home but never loses sight that ours is a passion-built business based upon growing lasting relationships with our clients, team and stakeholders.

Lauren’s journey into the world of construction was practically destined, having grown up in a family of builders. Her passion for new construction has been a driving force throughout her life, culminating in her joining the Hidden Valley Homes team in 2017. Since then, Lauren has become an indispensable part of the company, seamlessly blending her skills and expertise to benefit both the team and the clients. At Hidden Valley Homes, Lauren’s role is multifaceted. She collaborates closely with customers during custom builds, ensuring that their visions transform into tangible realities. Her ability to listen, understand, and execute clients’ dreams is a testament to her dedication and talent in the field. In addition to her hands-on work with customers, Lauren holds a CPA designation, which she uses to manage the accounting team. Her financial acumen ensures that projects are not only beautifully designed but also economically sound. Moreover, Lauren’s keen eye for design adds another layer of value to her role. She effortlessly blends practical financial management with creative design input, making her contributions to Hidden Valley Homes truly unique and invaluable.
